Online Purchases
For an added security measure, we have selected Google Checkout to handle all online purchases. We do not see or maintain any of your financial/credit card information. You can find additional information on Google Checkout on the Wikipedia website at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Checkout
When the charge appears on your credit card statement, it will be identified as a charge from yyyZ, Ltd.
Shipping/Delivery
If you purchase a software license, you will receive an email after your order is processed with instructions on how to log into the website. When you first log in, your license will activate the non-demo version of the online applications.
If you purchase other digital media such as "A Practical Guide To Substantially Equal Periodic Payments And Internal Revenue Code §72(t)" you will receive the media directly from the author.
Google Checkout allows you to hide your email. Since all deliveries involve email, make sure that you don't hide your email for the transaction or it could prevent delivery of the product you purchased.
Returns/Credits
Software license purchases for the IraTools program may be canceled any time before you log into the website and start using the unlocked version of the programs. Once the online software is unlocked, the order is final and may not be canceled.
Orders for digital media such as the book "A Practical Guide To Substantially Equal Periodic Payments And Internal Revenue Code §72(t)" may not be canceled once the book as been sent.
Any canceled orders that have been processed (credit card has been charged) are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
If you order the "IraTools Distribution Planner and A Practical Guide to §72(t)" package and return one of the items, but not both, you will receive a credit equal to the amount you paid minus the regular price for the item that you keep minus the $10 cancellation fee.
